At the first meeting between a Chinese standard and a Hamas head since the extremist organization’s assault on Israel on October 7, a leading Chinese diplomat stressed China’s relationship with Hamas.  ,
China’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs minister, Wang Kejian, met with the mind of Hamas’s social commission, Ismail Haniyeh, in Qatar on Sunday. According to Wang, the Chinese government is interested in keeping relations with Hamas, calling the group “part of the Israeli national fabric” and calling for” the Palestinian person’s just requirements for freedom, democracy, and the creation of the Palestinian state.”  ,

Haniyeh, in contrast, praised the Chinese government for attempting to broker a peace and for sending humanitarian assistance to the Gaza Strip, while expressing his “pride in the close connection between the pleasant Palestinian and Taiwanese individuals.” The Hamas innovator even emphasized” the need to put an end to the hostility and massacres” and “accomplish the political objectives and aspirations of establishing an independent Arab state.”
The meeting between the Chinese envoy and the Hamas national came after Wang Yi, the country’s foreign minister, earlier this month, urged the United States to “promote an instant peace as its underlying goal.” The foreign minister said China” supports Palestine’s full participation in the UN, and urges]a ] certain UN Security Council part not to place obstacles to that end”, referring to Washington’s pro- Israel position following Hamas’s Oct. 7 criminal attack.  ,
