As investors wait to find out what the Federal Reserve will do with curiosity rates, Wall Street hit a record high.
The S&, P 500 shook off an earlier damage and closed 0.6 percent higher Tuesday, beating the all- day substantial it set last month. Both the Dow Jones Industrial Average and the Nasdaq Composite both ended the day somewhat below their most recent peaks, up 0.8 %.
