NCAA enters into first NIL licensing deal allowing use of March Madness logo on Topps cards

The NCAA reached its first NIL licensing agreement, which allows Caitlin Clark, Angel Reese, Zach Edey, and Tristen Newton to use the March Madness symbol on Topps trading accounts.
