Previous Hunter Biden firm partner Tony Bobulinski testified before the House Oversight Committee on Wednesday that Hunter, the son of president Joe Biden, lied under oath when he spoke to lawmakers earlier this year about his father’s presence in his business dealings.

Questioning Bobulinksi, Rep. Jason Smith, R- Mo., said,” During his deposition, Hunter Biden repeatedly testified under oath that his father was not involved in his business in any capacity and that there was n’t even a connection between his father and his businesses. Here is just one instance, offer’ I merely status for the document one more time, under vow and under penalty of perjury, my father has never been involved in my business. I have not asked my father to participate in my company. My father has never had any financial gain from my company, and I have never asked someone or my father to do anything to help everyone I’ve always done business for.
The IRS whistleblowers discovered a WhatsApp message from the Ways and Means Committee that stated Hunter Biden’s statement,” I’m sitting around with my parents and we would like to know why the devotion made has not been fulfilled.” I’m waiting for my father’s visit while I’m sitting here. Additionally, you testified that Hunter was able to talk to his father without being timid, and Devin Archer also testified that Hunter had used his father’s speakerphone in numerous instances,” Smith continued.
” Mr. Bobulinski, was Hunter Biden telling the truth when he testified under oath that his dad was not involved in any of his company interactions”, Smith asked.
Bobulinski responded,” No, he was not. Those are all overt lies”.
