Although Washington, D.C., is frequently focused on battling the democratic plan, a large portion of the battle basically takes place in the states. The CEO of the Goldwater Institute, who is also a member of the Heritage Foundation, spoke with Heritage Foundation President Kevin Roberts on Wednesday about fighting back against the Left’s mission in the nation, from state legislatures to local school board.

Goldwater’s Victor Riches was Roberts ‘ host on” The Kevin Roberts Show” podcast, and the two discussed the fights over school choice, parental right, and transsexuals in schools, as well as Goldwater’s fresh pro bono legal system in the states. The university has trained over 800  , lawyers to justify cases through state, rather than the national, provisions.
According to Riches, a family in Maine discovered that “her child was given a breasts adhesive by her school.” The female student’s school expressly instructed her not to talk to her parents about the “gender switch,” and the school also used a adult name and pronouns for her.
