Children’s equipment dealer Stokke Baby has come under heavy criticism after promoting a picture of raising kids without sex, terming the child- child binary a “harmful” myth.
” My child enjoys playing with dolls and sees colors without gender,” says my child. Because we let him express his feelings without being constrained by gender stereotypes, he is innovative and comfortable,” Stokke Baby, a Norwegian company, said in an Instagram video. It claimed that children are taught male-female conduct by those close to them, which can have a “profound effects” on how they develop.
” We have to be on the lookout for these cultural conventions every day. If you look around, you’ll start to understand how dangerous these boy-girl prejudices are. Why are n’t pink and blue clothes still available? Characters for the guys and flowers for the ladies. Their choices are so restricted”, the movie said….
