Announced on Wednesday, the engaging Hospital Patient Immigration Status Dashboard shows” the cost of illegal immigration, which puts a strain on our health care system and citizens around in Florida”, the director of the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration, Jason Weida, explained , in a news release, emphasizing,  ,” Our hospitals and health maintenance systems are designed to provide excellent services to the citizens of the United States”.
The platform provides county-level data on total costs incurred by illegal aliens visiting Florida‘s hospitals. Southeastern Florida‘s Miami- Dade County appears to have the highest number of quite costs, estimated at a whopping ,$ 231.8 million.  ,  ,

Additionally, according to the platform, a full of 54, 443 crisis physician visits and hospital admissions were made by illegal immigrant people.

According to the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration’s news release, the total cost of care provided to illegal immigrants in Florida has exceeded$ 566 million, based off admissions data from June 1, 2023, through Dec. 31, 2023.  ,  ,
” Policy should not be developed in the dark.
