Attorney General Letitia James has been ordered to pay a$ 454 million fine in violation of the civil fraud case against Donald Trump, according to Vivek Ramaswamy, and he is a business. The original Republican presidential candidate claimed that Trump’s good is in violation of the 8th Amendment and poses a” menace to every American.”
The Letitia James saga against Donald Trump is repulsive and poses a hazard to all Americans. It’s unfair when prosecutors are elected to office on the claim to pursue one particular person as she campaigned on, and then continue to fulfill that promise through the legal system, Ramaswamy said in a movie statement.
The announcement was made after information was made that James had begun to capture the 140-acre Trump National Golf Club Westchester and Seven Springs farm, both of which are located in Westchester, New York. James has long vowed to seize Trump’s properties if he is unable to pay the fine by Monday, something Trump’s attorneys have referred to as” a practical impossibility”,
Ramaswamy went on to point out that the reported” murder” had no subjects, as economic companies agreed to give Trump with loans on his qualities, which were then paid back in full, plus interest.
” But Letitia James literally makes up numbers by saying,” Hey, you have hundreds of millions of dollars in penalties that you owe,” according to the consumer protection statute. You have a bond to post by a certain date that no billionaire will typically be able to meet, and the statement,” If you do n’t do it, I’m going to start seizing your property,” Ramaswamy continued. ” It’s vile. It poses a risk to the justice system and the right of every American, not just to private property but also to the rights of all citizens.
The former Republican presidential candidate continued to demand that James been imprisoned for violating the 8th Amendment. He is rumored to be running for a possible case position if Trump wins re-election.
The 8th Amendment prevents the implementation of increased fines or loan. And he said the relationship that has been demanded of Donald Trump in this abhorrent New York Letitia James-led prosecution is the best example of it ever meeting that standard. ” This is an option for the Supreme Court to move in and say, no, we’re not going to have for this kind of lawfare, whether it’s against Donald Trump or Democrat, it’s bad. We do n’t want to give judges the power to use bond and bail or bonds to accomplish something as simple as bankrupting an opponent or preventing them from being able to appeal those decisions.
Ramaswamy is not the only person who calls for the 8th Amendment to remain implemented. Matt Whitaker, the original acting attorney general, predicted that the Supreme Court would sometimes intervene under 8th Amendment grounds to lower the good or toss the situation altogether.
” But, you know, there are supposed to be no excessive fines and, you know, no cruel and unusual punishment. It’s a legal straight. Our founding fathers were aware that this was a means by which the state could hurt unpopular people,” Whitaker told Newsmax. ” Well, you know, 250 years afterwards about, here we are with this same threat because they, you know, the founding father understood one thing and that was mortal nature”.
Before James begins seizing his assets, Trump has until Monday to pay the entire$ 454 million fine.
