On Thursday, Texas and 15 other Republican-dominated states filed a lawsuit challenging the Biden administration’s pause in approving applications for the export of liquified natural gas ( LNG ).
The suit, filed in the U. S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana by 16 express counsel general, claims that the government’s LNG export restrictions is” not determined by any legal authority”.
” This restrictions disregards legal mandates, flouts the standard regulatory procedure, upends the business, disrupts Plaintiffs ‘ economies, and subverts our democratic structure”, the match reads.
Plaintiffs are left with no choice but to go to court once more to enforce the law as a result of these immoral actions, it continued.
