A Texas legislation that would grant the position the authority to detain people who cross the border illegally is now being pushed back by a federal appeals court. While dispute continues, the nighttime 2- 1 decision continues to block the law. Regardless of Texas ‘ view of how immigration plan is handled, the Biden administration asserts that the federal government has special authority to control it. A third hearing is scheduled for April 3rd.
