After an illegal immigrant was accused of killing a 25-year-old girl in Michigan, House Republicans are now voicing their disapproval of President Biden’s border plans.

Brandon Ortiz- Mieux, who is now behind bars at a prison in Kent County, Michigan, is being charged with murder, burglary, carrying a concealed weapons and felony use of a firearm after the body of 25- year- ancient Ruby Garcia was discovered on U. S. 131 in downtown Grand Rapids and identified by investigators. According to police, the two men were engaged in intimate activity at the time of the dying.
An immigration and customs enforcement ( ICE ) spokesperson confirmed Ortiz-Vite was in the country illegally at the time of Garcia’s death and had previously been deported to Mexico in 2020 in a statement to Fox News Digital.
It comes after Laken Riley, a 22-year-old Georgia medical scholar who was killed while jogging on the University of Georgia college, passed away. Riley’s suspected criminal, from Venezuela, arrived in the U. S. improperly. They claimed they lacked knowledge of one another.
Ruby Garcia, 25, from Michigan, was killed by an improper migrant, according to a police report. The criminal, Brandon Ortiz- Pris, had been deported next de- entered our country illegally. Another senator, Rep. Andrew Clyde, R- Ga., sounded out,” An illegitimate alien was charged in the burglary and murder of a 25- year- ancient Michigan woman. Joe Biden’s open border policies continue to kill innocent Americans”.
Republicans accuse Biden of reversing stricter immigration laws from the Trump administration and refusing to abide by existing immigration laws as a result of his border policies. Republicans claim that more funding would be useless without policy change, despite the fact that the Biden administration has countered by blocking the GOP’s request to increase resources along the Mexican border.
The GOP’s outcry, including an attack on police officers in New York City, was fueled by a recent string of highly publicized and unrelated crimes involving illegal immigrants.
