Previous articles by Check Your Truth have refuted claims that were made using Hyde’s images, alleging he played a part in shootings or large murders.
Hyde’s portrait was likewise shared, alleging he was the shooter, after a killing at YouTube’s headquarters in 2015, according to Business Insider.
