Based on our understanding, workers at FDA, CDC, IRS, and FBI have all been involved with this problem”.

Jennifer M. Gaines, a CDC public health researcher, wrote to the employees the day before the pending congressional oversight ad. The day after, on August 3, she expressed the need to learn more about the California lab.
” Our deadline is ASAP”, Gaines said in an email. ” ASK: Produce a report presentation for the producer on your mutual research with California Department of Health, Fresno County, FDA, and FBI in June, 2023. This should be pretty concise”.
She continued:” Happy to arrange a quick phone if you’d like to explain! I’m also happy to create a shared report in Teams so that we can collaborate on this. Permit me know”.
Before that, Rep. Brad Wenstrup, R- Ohio, chairman of the House Select Subcommittee on the Ebola Pandemic, sent a text Aug. 23 to Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Becerra, seeking information on the Reedley biolab.  ,
On Aug. 21, Rep. Kevin Kiley, R- Calif., had sent a comparable notice of inquiry to HHS ‘ Becerra about the China- tied test. The letters from both lawmakers were sent to CDC officials by HHS along with separate protect memos dated August 24.  ,
One congressional office claimed that the HHS letter was a standard operating procedure and that CDC eventually responded.  ,
The California test was the subject of a split House Select Committee report from November.  ,
According to local officials ‘ transactions, it is unacceptable that the CDC refused to answer a phone call from city and county authorities concerned about a biolab found in their area, according to the council report.
Even though the CDC typically works with state companies, it could have provided regional leaders with the important contact information. Congressman Jim Costa, in this instance, should n’t have to personally call the CDC or any other federal agency to offer meaningful support.

The Select Committee on the Chinese Communist Party determined that Zhu, a Taiwanese national, was a top official at a Chinese government-controlled business.  ,
Zhu was a wanted fugitive in Canada, and there was a$ 30 million judgment against him there. According to the council, the biolab received thousands from Chinese businesses.  ,
” About 1, 000 animals were kept in cruel, overcrowded parameters”, the committee report says. When local authorities inquired about the mice’s control, the worker responded that they were modified mice that had been “generated to capture and carry the COVID-19 virus.”
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, according to the report, allegedly refused to examine any of the examples:
CDC authorities refused to take any further investigation steps despite the possibility that the labelled or coded vials contained more mysterious and harmful pathogens. It’s also odd that they appear to have taken the words of biolab users and known fraudsters and concluded that the names given are entirely true.
