Millions of recalled Hyundai and Kia vehicles with a dangerous defect remain on the road

In September, Hyundai and Kia issued a 3.4 million recognize of its American cars, with the ominous warning that they should be parked outside and away from structures because they could catch fireplace whether the vehicles were on or off.
