    • Second preference ( F2B ): unmarried children ( age 21 and over ) of U. S. LPRs
    • Third preference ( F3 ): married children of U. S. citizens
    • Fourth preference ( F4 ): siblings of U. S. citizens if the U. S. citizen is age 21 and over.

    To document this petition, petition need to fill out Form I- 130, Petition for Alien Relative. How to complete the form is also provided with directions.

    Employment- based emigration appeals

    A career in the U.S. gives you another opportunity to work in the U.S. or to become a permanent resident. S periodically. There is a cap on the number of employment-based immigrant visa issued each month.

    According to the preferences listed below, the checklist below lists different visa groups.

    • Second preference ( EB- 1 ): non- citizens of extraordinary capability, foreign executives, exceptional professors or researchers
    • Second choice ( EB- 2 ): members of the profession with advanced degrees, noncitizens with extraordinary abilities, and noncitizens who want a waiver of national interest
    • Third taste ( EB- 3 ): a professional or experienced worker, other employees, schedule A nurses and physical therapist
    • Third preference ( EB- 4): certain specific immigrants
    • Five taste ( EB- 5 ): investors

    To apply for a card under the first three choices, Form I- 140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Workers, really been filed. For EB- 4 and EB- 5, report Form I- 360, Petition for Amerasian, Lady ( er ), or Special Refugee and Kind I- 526, Immigrant Petition by Alien Investor, both.
