Victorian Government Spruiks Regional Jobs Growth

Last month, local Victoria saw the highest work increase in Australia, with 7, 300 persons finding work, which gave the state the lowest unemployment rate of 3.5 % nationwide.
According to federal statistics, it brings the total number of employed citizens in local Victoria to 821 800.
The place also created 163, 000 new tasks over the past decade, the highest growth rate over ten years global, at 25 percent.
The latest determine shows a surge of only 1.1 percent since Sept. 2023 and 0.4 percent since May 2023, despite the area regularly maintaining a low poverty level.
Treasurer Tim Pallas praised tasks such as the offshore wind area in the Southern Ocean of northern Victoria, for creating thousands of work for professionals, workers, experts, and others….
