Federal Judge Strikes Down Biden’s Greenhouse Gas Emissions Rule

A federal judge in Kentucky upheld a Biden presidency law that required says to monitor and report greenhouse gas emissions from all vehicles traveling through the country.
Kentucky Attorney General Russell Coleman, who led a coalition of 21 state prosecutors public in a lawsuit against the FHWA over the concept that sought to force states to reduce carbon dioxide emissions on their roads, said,” we’re slamming the brakes on the Biden Administration’s elections that make no sense.”
Numerous state that filed suits over the law argued that it could stifle job creation and stunt upcoming economic growth.
