According to the new-look Republican National Committee, the former chairman and the former senator have received a sizable amount of money.
In March, the Republican National Committee and the campaign to reelect former president Donald Trump announced they raised a total of$ 65.6 million.
RNC Co-Chairman Michael Whatley claimed in a discharge that President Trump “once more created a giant among Republicans.”
The Republican National Committee and Trump strategy are a one-unified activity, according to Mr. Whatley in a launch. He has been the Republican Party’s presumed nominee for less than a month.
” We’re raising money and making proper investments to secure the vote,” the statement reads.
The launch did not specify how the funds were divided between the party council and the numerous fundraising commissions associated with the Trump campaign.
However, the amount of cash on hand that the RNC and a few other Trump boards disclosed on March 20 may significantly increase.
Every month, the RNC and its affiliated congressional committees, the National Republican Senatorial Committee ( NRSC ) and the National Republican Congressional Committee ( NRCC), file with the FEC.
Some, but not all, of the Trump boards report each month.
In the middle of April, the whole range of the Trump and Republican fundraising activities should be made public. The boards ‘ economic activities for the first three weeks of 2024 will then be disclosed in quarterly filings.
At the end of February, the Democratic National Committee and President Joe Biden’s plan had a big lead over their Democratic rivals.
In a transfer, Susie Wiles, a top adviser to the Trump campaign, cheered what she called the grass followers for their gifts.
Republicans may not be recipients of the self-interested wealth of Hollywood and Silicon Valley leaders, but President Trump is glad to get supported by donations from voters who constitute the foundation of this country, which may encourage Republicans both up and down the vote, according to Ms. Wiles.
