The family of Justin Dior Combs, the brother of troubled giant Sean” Puffy” Combs, has accused federal officials who raided Combs ‘ Holmby Hills palace on March 18 of “overzealous” and “overtly military pressure” during their investigation.
Designer Misa Hylton on Tuesday posted surveillance footage from the Homeland Security Investigations assault, which showed lots of federal agents carrying out a seek warrant at the 17, 000-square-foot house and charging them with prejudice. The important Bad Boy Entertainment co-founder has been plagued by legal troubles and allegations of sexual victimization and wrongdoing for years as the focus of an ongoing sex trafficking investigation led by the U.S. prosecutor’s office for the Southern District of New York.
The , film, which The Times has confirmed is from a home security system, shows officials dressed in defense equipment pointing a firearm toward one boy and a light at another.
Combs has  , denied wrongdoing , and vowed to fight the claims. Hylton’s boy and Biblical” King” Combs, one of Diddy’s three children with the later Kim Porter, were quickly detained at the Holmby Hills property but were not arrested, The Times has confirmed.
The overzealous and openly military force that my sons Justin and Christian were using was deplorable, according to Hylton. ” If these were the children of a non- Black star, they would not have been handled with the same anger. It is hateful to try to terrify and insult these young, innocent BLACK MEN!
The artist referred to” some light beams from weapon” being pointed at her son’s neck and that Christian had a cannon pointed at his head while he was being detained in the video tape she posted, highlighting both of those things.
The” I’ll Be Missing You” rapper , was not at the Los Angeles- area home at the time. The parents of seven was scheduled to travel by air for a spring break split with his daughters, who are both in college, on March 18 but decided to postpone the trip after learning about the search, according to sources who knew the matter. He also has his card, they added. Because they were not permitted to speak in public, the publications spoke on the condition of anonymity.
Hylton claimed that Jeffrey Lichtman, her father’s lawyer, was “investigating the excessive use of force that was unnecessary and definitely not required by this research permit.” Lichtman’s company did not immediately respond Tuesday to The Times ‘ request for comment.
We will use every available means to fight for justice. I’m not with the misinformation!!!”! Hylton said.
Federal officials have not provided much information on the case.
However, law enforcement sources informed The Times that Combs is the subject of a comprehensive investigation into sexual abuse and allegations of sexual trafficking.
The analysis comes after four people filed civil lawsuits accusing Combs of , murder, assault and other crimes,  , dating again three years. One of the complaints involved , a slight.
His former partner,  , Casandra Ventura,  , the song known as Cassie,  , accused him of rape , and repeated physical attack and said he forced her to have intercourse with female brothels in front of him.  , Joi Dickerson- Neal , accused Combs in a suit of drugging and raping her in 1991, recording the attack and then distributing the footage without her consent.
Liza Gardner filed , a third suit , in which she claimed Combs and R&, B singer Aaron Hall sexually assaulted her. Hall could not be reached for comment.
Another lawsuit alleges that Combs and former , Bad Boy label president Harve Pierre , gang- raped and sex- trafficked a 17- year- old girl. Pierre said in a statement that the allegations were “disgusting”, “false” and a “desperate attempt for financial gain”.
Combs has not been charged with any crimes and has refuted the allegations made in the civil lawsuits.
It appears investigators searching Combs ‘ Holmby Hills home emptied safes, disassembled electronics, and left papers strewn in some rooms, according to sources with knowledge of the operation who requested anonymity because they are not authorized to discuss it publicly. According to sources, federal agents seized the hard drive and disabled his security system.
Hylton’s comments echo a statement made last week by Combs ‘ criminal lawyer, which criticized the feds for their “gross overuse of military-level force.”
Attorney Aaron Dyer said at the time,” This unprecedented ambush, combined with an advanced, coordinated media presence, leads to a premature rush to judgment of Mr. Combs and is nothing more than a witch hunt based on meritless accusations made in civil lawsuits.” There has n’t been a finding of criminal or civil liability with any of these allegations.
The 54- year- old billionaire has spoken only through his attorney since the raids, but on Sunday, Combs returned to Instagram , to mark Easter on behalf of his youngest child.
