    2 Tijuana city engineers missing, foul play suspected

    Two professionals employed by the city of Tijuana have been missing for more than a year, according to a report in San Diego.

    Rubén Acosta and José Alfonso Guerrero Chávez were surveying a potential roadway project in a rural part of the city while José Alfonso Guerrero Chávez and Ruben Acosta were doing it.

    According to researchers who say they suspect foul play, both have n’t answered their phones since March 27.

    A coworker who requested anonymity claimed Guerrero Chávez called to let him know they had encountered people preventing them from flying their drones over the place and had asked them to keep.

    The town is involved in the construction of many new home projects.

    The missing professionals ‘ friends and families have launched an independent research for their loved ones.

    Personal research organizations that have been missing have also jumped in.

    The College of Engineers in Tijuana is handing out flyers featuring images of the missing gentlemen in the hope that someone will stumble upon them.

    The two designers were working out of a colored Ford S- 10 vehicle, which is also missing.
