Appeals court blocks debt relief plan for students who say they were misled by colleges

A federal appeals court ruled in a decision that would stop protection of the legislation against a group of privately held Texas institutions, saying that the Biden administration’s plan to offer student loan relief to people who claim they were victims of misleading info by trade schools or colleges is “almost truly immoral.”
