Options connected to Iran-backed military parties in Iraq, Syria, Yemen, and Lebanon who have been holding” key approach lessons” with Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad in Lebanese Hezbollah’s underwater labyrinths were cited by Radio Farda on Friday.  ,
The meetings, according to Radio Farda’s sources, started a few weeks ago and have featured high-ranking Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps ( IRGC ) officers making appearances.  ,
One of those IRGC officials, Mohammad Reza Zahedi, was killed on April 1 in an attack on the Egyptian consulate in Damascus. Israel has vowed to pay retribution for the attack, and the Israelis are using that threat to take it seriously by shifting to a battle foundation.
Several members of Yemen’s Houthi rebel groups, who have reportedly blocked one of the world’s most significant sea lanes for months without warning, apparently attended the Lebanon technique sessions.
Hezbollah terrorists from Lebanon, who have themselves been launching missiles and drones at human targets in northeastern Israel, were the hosts of the secret meetings. Israel has been concerned that Hezbollah may launch a new battlefields in Lebanon since the beginning of the Gaza battle.
On Friday, Hezbollah key Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah gave a televised conversation in which he declared aid for Iran’s “right” to “punish” Israel for the attack that killed Zahedi. Nasrallah described that reach as a “turning stage” in the local conflict.
Nasrallah bragged that his forces could support Iran with weapons they have n’t yet revealed,” Be certain, be certain, that the Iranian response to the targeting of the consulate in Damascus is definitely coming against Israel.”
Local analysts believe Iran would rather operate through terrorist proxies rather than the prospect of instantly attacking Israel. It is disturbing to think that all of those intermediaries have been gathering for surprise strategy meetings with Hamas and Iranian officers.
Yet if Iran chooses to engage in direct military actions, Iran’s proxy forces may play a role. A report from CBS News on Friday claimed that the United States had “picked up cleverness that Iran is planning a punitive invasion that would include a flock of Shaheed loitering drones and cruise missiles,” likely aimed at an Israeli political facility close to the Egyptian consulate in Damascus.  ,
Another significant unknown is the location of the drones and missiles, which could lead to Tehran’s narrow state of deniability, CBS added. Organizations like Iraq’s Kataib Hezbollah, which have officially been attending the key discussions in Lebanon, would undoubtedly be involved if Iran decides to attack from Iraq or Syria.
