Workers sue to overturn law that exempts Atlantic City casinos from indoor smoking ban

Employees on Friday tried a novel technique after repeatedly agitated for over three times to get lawmakers to ban smoking in Atlantic City games. They filed a lawsuit to overturn a legislation that makes casino employees the only people who are not subject to the privileges of a clear office heat work.
