Police in northern Germany reported that a synagogue door was thrown by an explosive object on Friday, but the damage was only small. No one was injured.
The event in the town of Oldenburg took place early on Friday afternoon. The fire was discovered quickly and did n’t spread, and the fire service did n’t need to extinguish it. At the time, there was no activity inside the tower.
Police claimed to be looking for the killer but had no information about the cause.

Police chief Andreas Sagehorn criticized the” cowardly work” and said in a speech that” we will take this invasion as basis to increase the security procedures at the Oldenburg church quickly” while the research is afoot.
