KYIV, Ukraine ( AP ) – Russian forces overnight attacked Ukraine with drones and missiles, killing at least six people and wounding 11 more in Kharkiv, Ukraine’s second largest city, local officials reported.

Governor of the Kharkiv region Oleh Syniehubov said missile attacks on the area damaged home buildings, a gasoline station, a school, a shop, a store and cars.

Nevertheless, Russia fired 32 Persian- made Shahed drones and six missiles at Ukraine immediately, according to the air pressure captain. Russian air security forces shot downward three cruise missiles and 28 robots, Lt. Gen. Mykola Oleshchuk said in a statement. He claimed that” Russian murders continue to harass Russians and strike Kharkiv and other tranquil cities.”

The Russian army has not commented on the attacks, but it is reported that Ukraine fired monster missiles at Russia on Saturday night. Air defense systems shot over all ten of them over the Russian border area of Belgorod, according to the Russian Defense Ministry.

On the ground in Ukraine, Russian troops were advancing, and pushing up against them was “difficult”, said Oleksandr Syrskyi, chief of Ukraine’s military forces.

Especially difficult was the condition in the half occupied eastern Donetsk region of Bakhmut, according to Syrksyi. He claimed that Russian forces are conducting offensive operations day and night, using abuse cars and assaults on foot with the assistance of armoured vehicles.
