EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — Border Patrol agents, working the Lordsburg, New Mexico place, rescued two “distressed and exhausted workers” in the Bootheel place over the weekend.
That is based on an X-post that El Paso Sector Border Patrol Chief Anthony” Scott” Good made.
The workers were brought to safety in what is thought to be a distant place close to Playas, New Mexico. The social media post contained no additional information about the recovery.
Good noted in the same social media post that agents working in the Ysleta neighborhood of El Paso even over the weekend provided health care to a migrant.
For far this fiscal month, Border Patrol agents in the El Paso Sector have rescued 308 individuals, Good said.
New Mexico is entirely incorporated in the El Paso Sector.
