The Israel Heritage Foundation recognized Republican Rep. Claudia Tenney of New York for her “unwavering help” of Israel and efforts to combat racism as President Joe Biden and his Democratic colleagues called on Israel to surrender to Hamas in its most recent conflict in Gaza.
Congresswoman Tenney received the Cup of Blessing award at a dinner event hosted by the Israel Heritage Foundation ( IHF ) on Thursday in New York City in recognition of her support for the neighborhood’s Jewish community as well as the Jewish state.  ,
Founded in 1974 by Holocaust individuals, the IHF, under the leadership of Dr. Joseph Frager and Rabbi David Katz, works to improve Israel’s sovereignty and fight hatred.

The congresswoman’s subsequent introduction of the Judea and Samaria Act, which “requires all U.S. legal papers to use the legitimate term” Judea and Samaria” to refer to this place instead of the” West Bank,” highlighted the event, which began with a combined prayer for the safe return of the over 140 victims still held by Hamas, including many Americans.

At this crucial time in history, the United States must reaffirm that the Jewish people have an obvious and undisputed historical and lawful claim over Judea and Samaria, she insisted.  ,
The territory’s original biblical names, which are now known as the West Bank ( of the Jordan River ), were chosen in part because of their geographic location rather than their historical names, which were used as a pretext for Jordan’s illegal activity of the region in 1950. Israel seized control of Judea and Samaria in a protective conflict in 1967 following Muslim terrorist attacks for years.

Tenney, a member of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, next slammed the “misguided selection” by the Biden administration to withdraw the Trump- Pompeo Doctrine, which recognized that Israelis have a right to live in Judea and Samaria, saying the decision “undermines our greatest ally in the Middle East” . ,

Tenney vowed that she would continue to be” committed to defending the integrity of the Jewish state and fully supporting Israel’s sovereignty over Judea and Samaria” and that the bill “reaffirms Israel’s rightful claim to its territory.”
Rep. Tenney expressed her gratitude to the IHF and Rabbi Katz for giving the” tremendous honor” in an exclusive statement to Breitbart News.
Because the only way to peace is through the truth, she declared,” I will always stand with the Jewish community and the State of Israel.” I will continue to speak out against the rising antisemitism and support the State of Israel, America’s most important ally in the Middle East.

The IHF executive director stated to Breitbart News that Congresswoman Tenney “understands very well that America is a country founded on freedom” by noting that the US Jewish community is currently “facing unprecedented antisemitism.”
In a statement made by Bryan E. Leib, a Senior Fellow at the Center for Fundamental Rights and one of the speakers who introduced the congresswoman at the event, Breitbart News highlighted Rep. Tenney’s” standing on the right side of history for her entire career.

An IHF-led delegation last month expressed gratitude to former president Donald Trump at his Mar-a-Lago estate, where he received a decorative menorah for his unwavering support of Israel and commitment to combating antisemitism.
