The judge has well-established social biases, which are especially troubling in light of his most recent unlawful gag order, which forbids Trump from making common remarks about the judge’s daughter, who is anti-Trump activist.  ,
Progressive Judge Merchan’s joke attempt on President Trump prompted the revelation that Loren Merchan, his child, has ties to vocal Trump competitors. Loren Merchan was named president and lover of the Democrat advertising agency Authentic Campaigns in a 2022 ceremony news from Politico, which includes some of Trump’s most prominent Democratic party foes like California’s Rep. Adam Schiff and Vice President Kamala Harris.  ,
Due to the large sums of money being given to Loren Merchan’s business by leading Democrats, including the Biden strategy, Trump’s attorneys filed a motion to recuse next year. At the time, but, Trump was not yet the Democratic presidential nomination. Since then, the movement alleges, more evidence of favoritism has surfaced. According to journalist Julie Kelly’s revelations next Monday, Schiff’s company has received significant sums of money from Schiff. Potrivit to reports, Schiff allegedly made the repayments while working to depose Trump’s former partner Michael Cohen, who is also scheduled to testify in Judge Merchan’s court.  ,
Perhaps the judge himself has donated to Liberals. In fact, Federal Election Commission records show he made a payment Joe Biden, Trump’s 2024 rival, during their first political contest in 2020, a contribution to a class called Stop Republicans, and more.

As the Trump team’s fresh recusal motion states,” The extent to which these proceedings are interfering with the 2024 election is no longer, as the Court put it recently,’ remote, speculative”, possible or dependent.”‘”
Knowing his mother’s well- documented political ties, Judge Merchan chose to getting back of Trump revealing the family’s biases, seeing as Trump has exposed other judges ‘ political weaponization earlier. Trump is prohibited from speaking about both the case’s participants and their families because of a gag order issued by the prosecutor.
Judge Merchan’s energy play is a blatant abuse of the First Amendment and a blatant abuse of criminal authority. As a citizen of the United States, Trump has no right to expose Loren Merhan’s social activities. The judge attempts to silence Trump’s criticisms, successfully preventing himself from being held accountable and obscuring the proceedings from view. Merchan’s overt attempt to shield his own prejudices from scrutiny is illustrated by this joke attempt against a former president.  ,
By instantly attacking Trump’s plan and consuming his tools, this judicial overreach also threatens the former mayor’s First Amendment rights. Juror Merchan has demonstrated his self-aggrandizement as a partisan puppeteer of justice, and legal experts are shocked that, given his daughter’s anti-Trump activism, he did n’t back down from the case.  ,
Legal analyst and author of the Article III Project Mike Davis stated on X that “putting a gag get on a legal respondent is a clear violation of his legal right.” This Democrat determine is “unrepentant about his political pursuit of Trump,” he said. Why does he not like the general public to know that his child child could profit from this trial?
The expanded gag order also goes against the government’s constitutional right to know the truth about this prosecution and the liars responsible for it. Merchan is attempting to silence opposition and keep control of the tale by instilling fear and intimidation by preventing Trump from addressing socially determined hardships.
It’s a blatant misuse of power, particularly ahead of this year’s election, for an openly progressive prosecutor, whose mother’s strategy consulting firm has relations to Trump’s top enemies, to gag Trump so he could n’t highlight it. The Constitution’s defending requires the furious opposition to Judge Merchan’s attempt to silence and prevent Trump from receiving a fair trial, which is a requirement of our justice system. Judge Merchan had soon renounce his position in this case.
