Despite the revelation that the National Disability Insurance Scheme ( NDIS ) has spent hundreds of thousands on high-risk sex offenders, Bill Shorten, the minister for the organization, has defended the organization’s funding.
Speaking on April 8, Mr. Shorten argued that the government was required to give disability care to” a very small team” of people who “have served time in jail,” including” a very small group” of people.
