Record 57,000 Battery Energy Storage Systems Installed in Australian Homes Last Year

In Australia, a record number of battery energy storage devices were installed in homes in 2023, according to new files.
In comparison to 2022, store market analyst SunWiz found a 21 percent increase in power system installations.
In the last eight centuries, more than 250, 000 battery storage devices have been installed in American homes overall.
According to the 2024 SunWiz Australian Battery Market report, battery capacity coming online also reached 656 megawatt hours ( MWH), which is another record.
According to SunWiz Managing Director Warwick Johnston, the study demonstrated batteries were “reshaping” the electricity source.
