Since Moscow sent soldiers into Ukraine in 2022 and seized the hospital shortly after, the power plant has been in a state of flux. The IAEA has repeatedly expressed concern about the nuclear power plant, Europe’s largest, amid concerns of a possible nuclear catastrophe.
