A Catholic priest who hosted an out-of-control encounter where a male girl overdosed on erectile dysfunction medications and was mutilated was sentenced to 18 months in Poland on Tuesday.
After being found guilty of sexual acts, supplying medicines, and failing to assist someone who was in danger of losing their career or suffering serious bodily harm, the Polish priest, who was assigned to the Church of the Blessed Virgin Mary of the Angels, was given the sentence to serve time in prison.
Due to Polish privacy laws, he was merely formally identified as” Tomasz Z,” but according to the Daily Mail, he was Father Tomasz Zmarzy.
According to the Polish store Wyborcza and Reuters, Zmarzy planned the sexual group that had gone wrong in his parish-owned house in Dbrowa Górnicza near the Czech Republic-Poland border in August 2023.
A male girl collapsed at the knock after taking too many erectile dysfunction medications, and the priest next threw one of the stripper’s friends out of his house when he wanted to call the police, according to the local newspapers Fakt.
The patient called emergency services in any case while his incapacitated friend remained outside.
When doctors arrived, the preacher refused to allow them in.
The police called and after gaining entry to the house, they discovered the unconscious woman lying on a mattress with his lower body seriously mutilated, according to Fakt.
He was taken to a clinic, where he eventually signed himself out.
Zmarzy told Wyborcza that the event was just well-known because it involved a member of the clergy after the event gained media attention.
” If something related had happened to a small- known person, with a different profession, no internet or church, there would be no problem at all”, he told the store in a statement.
He was stripped of all religion responsibilities, including being an associate to a youth program and mind of the Catholic news Niedziela Sosnowiecka, in late September, Fakt reported.
Zmarzły was arrested in January and charged with four acts.
The Diocese of Sosnowiec , has been engulfed in scandal since the announcement broke in September, causing ZmarzÅ‚y to be discharged from the church and Bishop Grzegorz Kaszak to step over.
Pope Francis accepted Kaszak’s withdrawal. Archbishop Adrian Galbas of Katowice, a city outside, was appointed as superintendent of the Sosnowiec Diocese, according to TVN 24.
In addition to his prison day, Zmarzły was ordered to pay the target$ 3, 820 and set up and contribute to a bank to help victims of crime.
