
A 15-year-old girl who arrived in the United States as an Unaccompanied Alien Child ( UAC ) was given a six-month sentence in Bedford County, Virginia, for sex crimes she committed with an illegal alien.
Isauro Garcia Cruz, a 43-year-old illegal alien from Mexico, admitted having sex with a 15-year-old baby in Bedford County this month. Cruz was given 12 months in prison with six weeks suspended.
According to lawyers, Cruz had been charged with kidnapping in Butler County, Ohio. Additionally, he has excellent warrants for child sex acts.
After the young child was abducted by the Department of Health and Human Services ( HHS) and was placed with an illegal alien child partner in Middletown, Ohio, law police in Virginia and Ohio launched an investigation in February.
Law enforcement finally found the girl, and Cruz, in Bedford County. According to reports, Cruz’s partner is the girl’s adult sponsor, and police are also looking into whether the illegal alien had human trafficked her.

Cruz, set to be extradited to Butler County, is facing charges of felony primary- degree kidnapping, felony next- degree immoral sexual conduct with a small, felony fourth- degree gross sexual imposition, and misdemeanor first- degree interference with custody.
On May 1, Cruz may return to court for an abduction reading.
HHS oversees the UAC plan, which involves having children who cross the border of the United States be quickly taken into Department of Homeland Security ( DHS) prison before being transferred to HHS prison, where they are finally placed with an adult partner, the majority of whom are not their natural parents.
Federal officials have described the UAC program as a “multi-billion dollar child trafficking operation” that benefits both Mexican drug cartels and non-governmental organizations ( NGOs ).
From Fiscal Year 2021 through Governmental Time 2023, more than , 370, 000 , UACs have been released into the U. S. inside by HHS. The majority of UACs, 61 to 66 percentage, are males, while 69 percent to 72 percent are 15 to 18 years old.
