Tuesday, a judge in New York’s appeals court approved of a broad-ranging joke order against former president Donald Trump by the entire Appellate Division First Department.
The appellate court may decide to postpone the criminal prosecution while Trump’s joke get appeal is being considered.
On Monday, Trump filed an appeals court case against the jury’s broad-ranging joke purchase. Following reports that Merchan’s daughter had a relationship with conspiracy theorist Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA ), Merchan, who is presiding over the New York criminal case, issued the gag order.

The gag order, as Breitbart News’s Nick Gilbertson reported,  , prevents , Trump from making public comments about witnesses participating in the trial, counsel other than Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg ( D), “members of the court’s staff and the District Attorney’s staff, or … the family members of any counsel or staff member, if those statements are made with the intent to materially interfere with … counsel’s or staff’s work” on the case. Additionally, it includes potential jury.
As soon as Monday, the day the demo is set to begin, the whole Appellate Division First Department could , rule , on Trump’s request to raise the joke purchase, CBS News reported:
The joke order, according to Trump’s defense attorney Emil Bove, makes “irreparable injury” because it prevents the former president from accusing one of the prosecution’s attorneys and speaking out in support of a new motion to recuse the determine based on the conduct of his daughter.
Judge Cynthia Kern questioned whether the gag order in Trump’s national election interference case was any different from a similar purchase that was upheld in the case.

Steven Wu, a solicitor for the Manhattan District Attorney, pushed up on the demand for a remain, telling the jury about Trump’s “uncontested story” of denigrating remarks– including calling witnesses “losers”, “horse face”, and “deranged psychopaths”.
By April 29th, Trump and the prosecution has deliver written explanations to the judge.
The judge will also consider a separate decision about whether to stay the , event in Manhattan, a place that good benefits the trial. By April 22 is the deadline for written arguments on the next account.
Jury test selection is scheduled for April 15 in New York City as the situation progresses.
