The brother-in-law of communist British chief Humza Yousaf has been detained and charged with extortion in connection with a case in which a man died after falling out of a window in a Dundee smooth in January.
The nephew of First Minister Humza Yousaf’s family Nadia, Ramsay El-Nakla, is scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday after being charged in relation to Ryan Munro’s death on January 10th after falling out of a Dundee house tower window and passing away in a hospital a week later.
According to the Scottish Daily Express, the 36- year- ancient El- Nakla has been charged with bribery and violence in relation to Munro’s dying.
Jennifer Souter appeared before the Dundee Sheriff Court last week after being charged with criminal crime. This is her third imprisonment to come out of the research.
However, tow others, Stephen Stewart and Victoria McGowan, have also been charged with violence and bribery in relation to Munro’s dying.
In a speech, Police Scotland said:” A 36- yr- older person has been arrested and charged with violence and bribery following an incident where a man fell from a block of flats on Morgan Street, Dundee on Wednesday, 10 January. He died a week later in clinics.
Three additional people were previously detained and charged following the same event. The 36- yr- older person is due to emerge in Dundee Sheriff Court nowadays, Tuesday, 9 April, 2024. The Procurator Fiscal may receive a document.
His nephew Mark said to The Courier after Munro’s death:” We are still so very cold after everything that has taken place in recent days. Ryan was a great person, a great papa, and my closest companion. We ca n’t thank the Ninewells Hospital staff enough for their incredible assistance during this time; it’s actually been humbling.
He had originally agreed to donate his tissues after passing. Ryan’s heart is now sharing space with someone else, and his brain is still beating. We’re glad Ryan’s glands gave someone else the gift of life, in our opinion.
The imprisonment of the First Minister’s brother-in-law is the most recent legal quake to rock the Scottish National Party, which is led by Yousaf’s successor, Nicola Sturgeon, and her husband, who were both detained last year in a fraud investigation into the reported misaflocation of party gifts for personal use. The pair has disputed any crime and has so far not been accused of a criminal offense.
