    New EPA rule says 200 chemical plants must reduce toxic emissions that are likely to cause cancer

    Under a novel concept released on Tuesday by the Environmental Protection Agency, more than 200 substance plants global may be required to reduce harmful pollutants that are likely to cause cancer.
