Three months before his reflexive murder trial, New Mexico prosecutors are already on the offensive against Alec Baldwin, alleging the Hollywood star exhibited a” total lack of concern of the health of those around him” while filming Rust.

They also accused Baldwin of having” &nbsp, no power of his own thoughts”.

If found innocent of the 2021 murder of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins, Alec Baldwin could spend up to 18 months in prison. &nbsp, His&nbsp, upcoming trial&nbsp, comes after New Mexico lawyers revived the case against the artist after earlier dropping fees last year.

Following an “extensive” research they conducted in recent months, prosecutors said &nbsp, “additional information have come to light” and made the decision to reopen the case.

Baldwin has repeatedly argued innocence, claiming that he did n’t pull the trigger when the gun in his hand went off.

Prosecutors filed a reaction to the writer’s most recent effort to have the case dismissed on Monday.

According to counsel Kari Morrissey, the filing, which was obtained by Deadline,” to observe Mr. Baldwin’s do on the Rust set is to see a person who has absolutely no control over his own feelings and absolutely no concern for how his do affects those around him.”

Witnesses have alleged that this precise behavior caused security agreements on set.

Additionally, they allege that Baldwin repeatedly rushed actors on the set, leading to” compromised health.”

Lawyers wrote that the Hutchins ‘ death was a result of Baldwin’s” total lack of concern of the health of those around him” ,&nbsp, combined with armorer Hannah Gutierrez’s “negligence and carelessness”

Gutierrez is awaiting punishment after being found guilty of involuntary manslaughter.

Baldwin’s demo is set to take place July 9.
