    U.S. Postal Service seeking to hike cost of first-class stamp to 73 cents

    The U.S. Postal Service announced plans for a rate increase on Tuesday that would include raising the cost of a first-class seal from 68 percent to 73 cents as part of a summertime increase of 7.8 %.
