A Pfizer staff made a five-time breach of its regulatory code, including “promoting an unregistered medicine,” according to a UK medical watchdog, as a result of a social media post.
Following a complaint made by a Pfizer employee in the United States in February 2023, the Prescription Medicines Code of Practice Authority ( PMCPA ) made the decision.
Pfizer’s press release announcing the completion of the Step 3 Research of its COVID- 19 vaccine candidate was afterwards shared by a top Pfizer staff in the United Kingdom.
PMCPA ruled that Pfizer has breached its regulation code, including “bringing undermine” on the medical business, promoting an unlicensed treatments, and making a false state….
