A new video from the recent Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives ( ATF ) raid on the home of the director , of Bill and , Hillary Clinton , Airport in , Arkansas shows that ATF agents covered up a security camera before conducting the armed raid on the gun owner’s residence.
According to KATV, Bud Cummins, the counsel for Bryan Malinowski’s house, released two movies from the ATF’s attack on the aircraft author’s mansion, which took place on March 19. ATF officials raided Malinowski’s Chenal Valley house at around 6 a. m. while the aircraft chairman was still asleep.
A sister’s camera captured the second movie shared by Cummins, which shows ATF providers arriving in the community in about 10 vehicles.

The minute video released by Cummins was recorded by Malinowski’s door camera. ATF officials are seen in the movie wearing all-around tactical items and carrying rifle. ATF broker is also seen using a piece of tape to cover up the camera in the picture.
There is no officially available data at this time that can demonstrate whether agents called in or made an appropriately self-identifiable declaration of reputation, according to Cummins. The loud hitting that followed the forced opening of the front door was only to be audible by Bryan’s family Maer.

Earlier, KATV reported that Malinowski’s agent fired a gun at the ATF officials as they carried out a search warrant, prompting the officials to fire at the weapon owner. Malinowski died only two weeks after the ATF attack when he was shot in the head and taken to a nearby hospital. An ATF adviser was shot in the incident, according to KATV, but the agent was expected to recover fully.
According to KATV, the ATF search warrant authorized brokers to search both Malinowski’s home and car for proof that the firearm proprietor was breaking federal law by selling weapons without a permit. Additionally, law enforcement officials claim that Malinowski purchased more than 150 firearms between May 2021 and February 2024.

Cummins questioned the behavior of the ATF agencies involved in the March attack on Malinowski’s home while the ATF officials obtained a search permit.
” The Malinowski family believes the already known facts amply demonstrate ATF’s tactics on March 19 were reckless and incompetent, and completely unnecessary”, Cummins stated.
According to Cummins, law enforcement are required to identify themselves and allow a homeowner to answer the door before answering the door.
” To cover]the camera] up seems counterproductive if your goal was for them to know you are law enforcement, so they’ll submit to your authority, open up, and let you in”, Cummins said. ” We do n’t have all the evidence. The search was conducted without legal justification, according to the evidence we have.
