‘What a Nightmare’ Elon Musk’s Tesla Cybertruck Plagued by Malfunctions and Quality Issues

Tesla Cybertrucks, the long-awaited creation of Elon Musk, have received a lot of complaints from affluent owners who reported many errors and quality issues just months after the car’s launch. After driving the Vehicle for just one hour, one user reported a total loss.

The masters of Tesla’s Cybertruck have been criticized for a number of issues since the vehicle hit the road in December 2023, two years behind schedule, according to The New York Post. Problems reported on the Tesla Owners ‘ Club forum include cars dying after only a mile, repeated hard-braking on empty streets, and rust spots on the metal steel outside.

In a thread titled” Worst delivery in my life ( truck died in 5 minutes ),” one Southern California-based owner shared their experience. They reported that their$ 80, 000 Cybertruck “made it 1 mile down road, started getting steering error, flashing red screen, pulled off side of highway now the truck is dead and I’m waiting for a tow truck”. The proprietor added,” Tesla truly rushed these trucks away, what a headache”.

Another person shared a picture of their Cybertruck displaying a caution:” Lift over carefully. Essential steering problem detected”. They noted that” a lot of cars are having substantial- energy issues…which makes the cars unusable”.

An owner of a different yarn reported a “WTF instant” when their Cybertruck instantly hard-bounded as a different truck came in the opposing lane of a highway. Thankfully, there is no car at the back, which would have resulted in a foreshadowing collision, the user wrote.

A Canada-based user wrote a critical evaluation of the Cybertruck as” a toy vehicle at best, an experimental principle at worst” in a critique posted on the Tesla Motors Club website. They cited problems with the expulsion, steering wheel length, lamps, windshield wipers, and glass glare, calling the presence “borderline dangerous”.

Owners have reported that the Cybertruck’s outside rapidly develops” rust and orange rust marks,” despite Tesla’s claim that its futuristic design and 320-mile range on full charge. However, YouTuber Kyle Conner, known as Out of Spec Motoring, was just able to achieve 79 percent of the advertised collection during an illegal test.

Breitbart News recently reported on the Cybertruck’s metal problems:

Only two days after the rains, Raxar, a community member, reported that their Cybertruck started to show signs of rust. They assert that Tesla workers had warned them during pickup that rain might induce rust spots that needed to be cleaned out. After finding identical deterioration in another owner’s vehicle after the rains in Los Angeles, Vertigo3pc took their Cybertruck to a repair facility. They claim that team has identified the problem and you repair the damage. Both users posted images online that showed striped peach rust spots on the body panels of the cybertruck.

In some circumstances, especially with prolonged exposure to water, stainless steel is susceptible to rotting. The exterior of the Cybertruck lacks a protective clear coat end, which can help prevent oxidation, according to websites in the owner’s manual for the vehicle that were posted online. Owners are advised to remove items like grease, bird droppings, and rain right away to avoid outside damage, according to the manual.
