    Woman shoots 2 drivers, claims God directed her shooting spree

    After shooting two individuals on a Florida highway, a woman was detained and charged with attempted murder on Monday. The girl claimed that God had told her to go on a killing spree in relation to the solar eclipse on Monday.

    The Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles stated in a press release that” Now, Florida Highway Patrol Troopers responded to a report of an active shooter in Holmes County. The suspect apparently was a woman who had just checked out of a hotel and informed the team that she was going on a shooting rampage with” God” in relation to the thermal eclipse.

    Taylon Nichelle Celestine, 22, entered Interstate 10 at the 112-mile symbol while traveling north in Florida, according to the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles. The suspect had Georgia registration plates and was operating a crimson Doge Challenger.

    Within the first five yards of traveling on Interstate 10, Celestine fired “multiple pictures” toward another car and struck the car “multiple days,” according to the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles.

    The vehicle was grazed on the shoulder by a bullet after being struck by glass fragments from a window, but he was able to steer his car off the shoulder of the road, adrift of the suspect, according to the office. ” Continuing west on I- 10, the suspect chance at another car near the 107- km indicator, hitting the motorist in the neck. The victim is now receiving treatment at a nearby hospital.

    According to the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles, responding law enforcement officers pulled Celestine into a criminal traffic stop near the 96-mile symbol on the highway. The soldiers discovered an Vr- 15 and a 9mm gun inside the suspect’s vehicle.

    Celestine was later detained and taken to the Holmes County Jail, where she was charged with attempted murder, aggravated battery with a dangerous weapon, and poor release of a firearm.

    The Florida Highway Patrol Bureau of Investigations and Intelligence is now looking into the shooting incident from Monday, according to the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles. The ministry stated that more information would be made available as the investigation progressed.
