Immigration and Customs Enforcement ( ICE ) has finally picked up a group of illegal immigrants who were detained and released after allegedly robbing a New York City store and assaulting police officers, according to officials.
Cuban nationals Michael Jose Sanchez Mayo, 31, Henry Omar Zambrano Zapata, 19, and Yusneibi Yohana Machado Avila, 23, and Chilean national Julian Jaramillio Balanta, 22, were arrested on Wednesday, about a year after authorities say they robbed an Upper East Side Target, Fox News information.  ,
An ICE representative informed the media that all four illegal provide noncitizens were detained without incident because they violated their DHS launch conditions and are currently in custody while removal proceedings are pending.

Machado Avila was also charged with assaulting a person during an “argument” on the street in March after trespassing on a house on January 18 and getting arrested for it, according to the Post.
Jaramillio Balanta was recently accused of assault after allegedly punching a man in the face at the Grand Central Terminal in October. He was detained for grand burglary in March and grand theft in November.
Sanchez Mayo has” three separate grand larceny detention and two separate assault fees” of his own, Fox News reported.
