You have a strong understanding of how and why you view the world and how you see it. Action, movement forward, and feelings are all closely related and related, and those are things that are very important to know. For instance, if you live in a map or a story, you travel somewhere that is at least slightly better because where you are is n’t as good as it could be. That may occur in different timelines. Maybe you have a schedule for the next moment: You are hungry, and you want to go somewhere to take. Perhaps it will be for the following morning, the following month, or the following month. But, basically, what you are trying to do is take where you are ( point A) and make it better ( point B). So you always travel somewhere that is n’t as good as it should be and always go somewhere that is at least slightly better, at least that’s the expectation.
This is unfortunate in some ways because it implies that you ca n’t be happy with your current situation. But how can you get content when things go wrong? Even if everything is okay right now, which it most likely is n’t, but even if it is, that does n’t mean everything will be okay tomorrow, next week, next year, or five years from now. You have the potential, your future self, and your family to take care of. You might have to take care of your area. You will have to tweak things a little because the way things are are n’t good enough, which you do across various resolution levels.
Second, you identify where you are. One of the issues you might have if you are muddled is that you do not understand where you are. People frequently have to go to treatment or communicate with someone for a while to get out where they are because they feel like things have splintered and that everything is a mess because they are unsure where they are. If this occurs to you, you could be in trouble because you ca n’t see a course forward without knowing where you are.

There is a lot of you that are stuck in the past if you are obsessed with memories of the past ( more than 18 months old ) and most of those are bad and anxious. You must bring yourself up to date. What that means is that you did not accurately map the area, and your brain’s areas known as your alarm systems or stress systems are telling you that there are gaps in how you view the world. They claim that you once fell into those holes because you had no idea where to look them, how to replace them, how to move around them, and how to ignore them. If you have memories like that, you remember them, they make you feel stressed and negative, and you are stuck in the past. Your body is also acting as if there is a situation that you have not resolved but which could arise. It makes no difference if it was your problem because the alarm system is uninterested. It is irrelevant whether the problem started when your dust detection failed. The dust detection only says,” House is on fire” — and that is a bad thing.
Your stress systems are related. If old systems are being tagged with anxiety, you must take action to stop them, or you will always be tortured by those memories because that is how the alarm system operates. But perhaps you need to go back and clear things up. You may figure out how it happened. Beg, what sort of role did I sing? Even if it were a minor role, it is irrelevant because the point is that you do n’t want to be put in the same precarious position once more, so anything you can do to improve yourself is welcome. Because you are not a kid then, you are likely to have a variety of methods at hand that you could employ to deal with a condition like that, especially if it is really old, if you were a kid. However, you must update the area of your head that still believes you are four years old. Many individuals also have elements of themselves that are resuscitated from traumatic childhood experiences. So, you need to know where you are.
When you decide to shift from one stage to another, going there somewhat better, that is great. Your positive feelings systems run on a neurochemical called serotonin — the same neurochemical program that drugs like cocaine, methamphetamine, opiates, and alcohol, for some people, change considerably and make people feel much better than they should, which is part of their danger. It is a very important program. If you are going somewhere that is worthwhile, the serotonin kicks in with a blow of upbeat mood. So how can you live a little bit of enthusiasm? When you have a place to go, this solo neurochemical system, which is deeply embedded in the experimental circuitry of the brain, is content. Therefore, when you travel that, it is content.
