The White House sparked discussion on Thursday by condolences to OJ Simpson’s home without mentioning Nicole Brown’s and Ron Goldman’s families, who he had been accused of murdering before being found guilty of their deaths in a legal trial.
White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre stated during a briefing that “our thoughts are with his families ]sic ] during this difficult time.
” And I’ll say this: I know that they have asked for some protection. And so we’re going to honor that. And I’ll only left it it”, she added.
Following a fight with prostate cancer, Simpson’s home announced his passing on Thursday at the age of 76.
” He was surrounded by his kids and grandchildren”, a declaration from the home said. His family requests that you kindly adhere to their wishes for protection and joy during this transition.

As Breitbart News reported, Simpson’s celebrity energy following a famous sports occupation, which included 11 NFL seasons as a celebrity running up with the Buffalo Bills and the San Francisco 49ers, cratered in the early 1990s when he stood accused of the death of his ex- family, Nicole Brown, and her friend, Ron Goldman. Although he was cleared of those murders following a protracted and contentious trial, a jury later found him liable for their deaths in a civil case.

The Goldman family only expressed sorrow upon learning of OJ’s death, saying it reminded them of Ron Goldman’s absence.
” The only thing I have to say is it’s just further reminder of Ron being gone all these years”, Fred Goldman , told NBC News.
” It’s no great loss to the world. It’s a further reminder of Ron’s being gone”, he added.
