Rep. Henry Cuellar (D-TX ) claimed on Friday’s MSNBC” Morning Joe” that President Joe Biden should use Title 8 to unilaterally and should do so.

Cuellar answered,” Yes, he has the power, and indeed, he does. Appear, when Trump signed an executive order based on a legislation known as Title 42, I’ll show you what happened. President Obama has been using Title 8 extended removals for years without an administrative order, but he can apply that.
