Due to the chaotic implementation of his new hate speech laws, Scottish First Minister Humza Yousaf is facing a democratic “apocalypse,” according to a study that revealed support for his leftist- dissident Scottish National Party’s lowest level in a century.

The Labour Party has surpassed Humza Yousaf’s Scottish National Party ( SNP ) for the first time since the 2014 Scottish Independence referendum, according to a poll conducted by YouGov in the wake of the implementation of the deeply contentious and oppressive speech restrictions. 33 % of the electorate in Westminster voted in favor of Labour’s SNP, compared to 31 % for Yousaf’s SNP.

The study indicates that the SNP is only on track to win 18 seats in the UK parliament, which is a potentially fatal decline from the separatist party’s 2019 general election, which ended with a 30 seat lead. However, the Scots unit of the left- aircraft Labour Party is predicted to win&nbsp, 28 seats in the northern European country. The voting, according to the Scottish Daily Express, suggested a possible “apocalypse” for Yousaf and his communist group.

In the meantime, according to voting, the SNP and Labour would each win 43 votes in the 2026 Scottish Parliament elections, which could endanger the Scottish National Party’s ability to maintain its hold on control of the region’s largely decentralized government, which it has controlled for almost 20 years.

Support for the far-left nationalist-separatist party comes as a result of growing outcry over the” calamitous state” of the Scottish National Health Service ( NHS) and ongoing scandals affecting the party, particularly those involving corruption, such as the arrest of former SNP First Minister Nicola Sturgeon and her husband last year.

Following “years of division and drop,” according to individual polls, 70 % of the British population supports ousting Yousaf and his authorities. &nbsp, However, less than 30 per cent of respondents were in contract with calling the current state” qualified”

The Hate Crime and Public Order ( Scotland ) Act 2021, which became effective last Monday, was one of the first phases of the poll.

YouGov Westminster voting intention ( Scotland, 25 Mar – 2 Apr ): Labour are now ahead of the SNP for the first time since the independence referendum

    Labour: 33 % ( + 1 from Oct)
    SNP: 31 % (-2 )
    Con: 14 % (-6 )
    Lib Dem: 7 % ( + 2 )
    Reform UK: 7 % ( + 5 )
    Green: 5 % ( = ) https: //t. co/rUj2aYQo9s photograph. twitter.com/wAzGpO8X6s

The introduction of the new speech restrictions, which criminalize” stirring up anger” against some protected groups with a sentence of up to seven years in prison, sparked a ban on discussion from the very beginning because Harry Potter author J. K. Rowling vehemently defied the government and obediently demanded an arrest for officially claiming that several prominent Scottish transgender people were actually men, was embroiled in chaos from the very beginning of its implementation.

Police Scotland, evidently reluctant to lock up one of Scotland’s most notable figures and global megastar author, announced that it would not unlawfully charge Rowling, despite insistence from Scottish government ministers that “misgendering” would be a violation of the novel speech restrictions.

The police disclosed on Wednesday that they had received 7, 152 issues in the first week of the law because Police Scotland said they would check all claims, which senior officers have warned may reduce the force used to policing real crimes, leading to a flood of reports.

However, this month the army admitted that only around 3 per share of complaints were basically being investigated, with only 240 reports being looked at as love speech offences.

The&nbsp, “vast majority” of complaints were reportedly made anonymously. David Threadgold, the head of the Scottish Police Federation, claims that many of the alleged hate speech reports were made by people who wanted to use the law to sway others ‘ interests or advance a political agenda.

Yousaf, the architect of the law, has attempted to claim that the opposition to the restrictions has only come from “right- wing” figures, including longtime liberals J. K. Rowling and American comedian Joe Rogan. However, according to a survey, only 21 % of the general public is in favor of the new law, compared to 44 % who think the anti-freedom speech law should be repealed.
