Report: DNC Paid $1.5M Legal Bill for Joe Biden’s Classified Documents Scandal

The Democratic National Committee ( DNC ) paid President Joe Biden’s legal bills of$ 1.5 million for the classified documents scandal, &nbsp, financial filings show.

The bills come in spite of the DNC’s repeated accusations that former president Donald Trump used plan funds to pay legal expenses.

In January 2023, special counsel Robert Hur began an investigation into Biden for allegedly falsifying classified records. Despite Biden’s businessman status&nbsp, as a longtime politician, the DNC&nbsp, picked up&nbsp, the constitutional touch, Axios reported:

    • From July 2023 to February 2024, the DNC paid$ 1.05 million to Bob Bauer PLLC — the expert limited liability company for Biden’s direct lawyer, Bob Bauer.
    • The special counsel investigation, which included hiring former lawyer David Laufman, was primarily the subject of those bills. He was a former Justice Department official who was in charge of the politically contentious investigations into Russian election meddling and Hillary Clinton’s internet server.

During the government’s meeting with Hur, Biden, 81, &nbsp, experienced&nbsp, emotional errors and “poor storage” at least seven days, according to a record obtained by Breitbart News.

Hur’s inspection, which concluded in February, &nbsp, found&nbsp, Biden “willfully” retained classified records but declined to indict him, citing “insufficient information”. Biden was described by Hur as” an old man with a weak memory.”

However, Biden’s Justice Department indicted Trump in a related report event. &nbsp, He faces a maximum of 450 years in federal prison if convicted of all 40 costs.

Specific lawyers Jack Smith filed the second accusation against Trump on&nbsp, June 8, 2023, &nbsp, the exact day&nbsp, damning claims surfaced about Joe and Hunter Biden.

Months before, in March, a&nbsp, part of Biden’s attorney’s office met with a leading member of Smith’s team, only nine weeks before he indicted Trump in the defined document case, Breitbart News&nbsp, reported.

The meeting “raises obvious concerns about visits to the White House after]Bratt ] began his work with the special counsel” ,&nbsp, George Washington University law Professor Jonathan Turley told the&nbsp, Post. There is no justification for the Justice Department not being able to verify whether this conference was connected to the ongoing investigation or concerned with any other issues.

Smith’s event does not have a trial day after it was &nbsp, postponed&nbsp, from May. Trump wants a test to be held after the vote. Smith suggested that the prosecution take place in July.

According to a recent Harvard Caps/Harris surveys, the majority of voters would support Trump over Biden in the documents situation.
