Bill Maher, the host of HBO’s” Real Time,” responded to the” Death to America” chants at a rally last week in Dearborn, Michigan, saying,” The left has gotten mad at me for many years talking about Islam …it needs to be discussed now.” And that” Charlottesville was genuine poor” but people singing,” Death to America” on American soil is a huge concern.
Maher said, “]T] below was a protest in Dearborn, Michigan, it’s a large Muslim population, slogans of ‘ Death to America.’ We must have accomplished everything here, in my opinion. I’ve been trying not to talk about Islam too much because the remaining has gotten angry with me for so long because I’ve made my point. However, it needs to be discussed right away. When you start chanting,’ Death to America’ in America, I got it, Charlottesville was genuine poor when they were chanting, … ‘ Jews will never replace us.’ But on British earth”?
Maher after credited and thanked the Mayor of Dearborn, Abdullah Hammoud, who is a Muslim, and the Dearborn City Council for denouncing the slogans at the march.
