Republican Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton and a group of 20 state attorneys general launched a new initiative on Thursday to prevent President Joe Biden’s leadership from extending its 30-item illegal immigration system. The program allows up to 30 000 unlawful immigrants each month to enter the country.
America First Legal, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, and a partnership of twenty position Attorneys General, all announced in a press release that America First Legal would follow immediately in announcing that President Biden would continue to fly hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens from crime-stricken countries straight into American cities.
The Biden administration’s parole program, which allows 30, 000 illegal immigrants from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela ( CHNV ) each month, is alleged in the motion, and that the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas should reexamine the joint lawsuit that was brought against the Biden administration.
The CHNV Program, according to America First Legal, has failed in its goal of reducing the number of illegal crossings of foreigners from the CHNV nations that, as the Programme has progressed, these bridges have finally reached higher levels than they were before the software started.
According to the press release, the Southern District of Texas lawsuit was “erroneously dismissed” in February, claiming that the state had insufficient standing to sue the Biden administration. The court declared that the state had no” properly established” how they had been severely impacted by the Biden administration’s offense system.

Border encounter data from the first five weeks of the Biden administration’s offense system was the basis for the judge’s earlier decision to dismiss the lawsuit, according to the America First Legal press release. America First Legal pointed out that the most recent five decades of data on border encounters indicate that” the total number of CHNV alien encounters is 449, 771, or a daily average of 2, 959 a day,” which is a 25 % increase from the daily average rate.
The Biden Administration justified the CHNV plan by claiming that it would reduce the number of illegal bridges, according to the media release. By their own standard, therefore, the system is a perfect failure”.
Paxton argued that the mayor’s “unlawful asylum system” had “invite” hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants to enter the United States each year and had “drastically worsen” the immigration crisis when the Biden administration announced last year that the illegal immigration parole program may allow up to 30 000 people from Haiti, Cuba, Venezuela, and Nicaragua to provide each month.
” The , Biden , open borders agenda has created a humanitarian crisis that is increasing crime and violence in our streets, overwhelming local communities, and worsening the opioid crisis”, Paxton said.
